## In one line

**Kwik is the one rewards software that drives incentives** — a single platform
where e-commerce brands run every kind of reward program (cashback, loyalty,
referrals, giveaways, bonuses) and where, ultimately, consumers can keep all
their rewards synced in one place. Tagline: **"Make waves."**

## The bigger idea

Rewards today are fragmented. Every brand runs its own disconnected program;
shoppers juggle a dozen point balances they forget about, and most "rewards" are
really just a one-time discount that trains customers to buy once and leave.

Kwik's mission is to build **a universal ecosystem where everyone can have a
simple rewards program for the brands they love — and share it.** All rewards,
synced in one place. The reference point Kwik uses for itself: *what PayPal did
for online payments, Kwik wants to do for rewards.* Make the plumbing universal
and simple so both brands and consumers stop losing value to fragmentation.

## The problem Kwik solves

- **Discounts leak money.** Giving 10% off a first order trains one-time buyers
and erodes margin. Kwik's stance: replace upfront discounts with rewards
(cashback, points, entries) that are earned *and* drive repeat purchases.
- **Loyalty is usually fake loyalty.** Points that nobody redeems don't create
loyalty. Kwik focuses on rewards that actually change behavior.
- **Word of mouth is left on the table.** Happy customers will refer friends if
it's effortless and worth it. Kwik turns customers into ambassadors with their
own links and codes, and pays them for real results.

## How Kwik works (the model)

Kwik installs on a brand's store (it integrates with Shopify) and layers reward
programs on top of the existing checkout. The core loop:

1. A brand turns on one or more reward modules and sets the rules (e.g. how many
giveaway entries a dollar earns, cashback %, points per dollar, commission %).
2. Customers earn rewards automatically on purchases, and can opt in as
**ambassadors** to earn more by sharing.
3. Ambassadors get a unique **promo code** and shareable links (a **share/deep
link**, a **campaign link**, a product deep-link). When friends buy through
them, the ambassador earns and the brand gets tracked, attributable revenue.
4. The brand sees results — sales generated, participants, referral revenue —
and Kwik automates the nudges (auto-emails) that keep the loop spinning.

## The product — reward modules

Kwik is built as a bundle of reward modules a brand can mix and match across the
customer journey:

- **Cashback** — earn-back on purchases instead of an upfront discount, designed
to pull customers back for the next order.
- **Loyalty** — a points program used to build genuine repeat behavior (points
that are actually worth earning and redeeming), not vanity balances.
- **Referrals / Ambassadors ("Waves")** — turn customers into a word-of-mouth
engine. Each ambassador gets a personal promo code and share links ("waves"),
earns **commissions** on referred sales, and the brand gets fully attributed
  referral revenue.
- **Giveaways** — campaigns where customers earn **entries** for spending and for
actions (referrals, reviews, social shares). Brands set a **base earning ratio**
(entries per dollar), run **weekly promotions** with bonus multipliers, and
watch participants, sales generated, and referral revenue in real time.
- **Bonuses** — additional incentive rewards layered onto the above.

Supporting tools seen across the product: an **overview/analytics dashboard**,
**products**, **reports**, **orders**, **ambassadors** management, **campaigns**,
a customizable **sign-up page**, **integrations**, and **auto-emails**
(registration and referral email flows that drive adoption and sharing).

## Key terms (glossary for agents)

- **Ambassador** — a customer who opts in to promote a brand and earn rewards.
- **Promo code / Brand promo code** — an ambassador's personal, trackable code.
- **Share link / Deep link / Campaign link ("wave")** — trackable URLs an
ambassador shares; purchases through them are attributed to that ambassador.
- **Commission** — what an ambassador earns on referred sales.
- **Entries** — units of chance in a giveaway; earned per dollar and via actions.
- **Base earning ratio** — the default entries-per-dollar for a giveaway.
- **Weekly promotion / multiplier** — time-boxed boosts to entries during a
  campaign.
- **Referral revenue** — sales attributable to referrals/ambassadors.

## Who it's for

- **Brands / merchants** (especially e-commerce, Shopify): DTC and consumer
brands that want repeat purchases and word-of-mouth growth without margin-
  destroying discounts.
- **Consumers**: the long-term vision — one place to hold and share all the
rewards from the brands they love.

## What Kwik values

Technology-first, ease of use, consumer-first, simple, rewards-focused, moving
fast, and acceleration (compounding — every week beats the last). In short:
**human, fast, and rewards-obsessed.**

## How Kwik sounds

Casual and human — early-Mailchimp energy, a real person talking, never a brand
performing. Simple, software-focused, and honest, winning on trust, transparency
and fairness rather than hype. (Full voice guide, including say-this / not-that
examples and word lists, is in
[llms-full.txt](https://kwik-brand-kit.vercel.app/llms-full.txt).)

## Positioning, briefly

Kwik is **software**, not an agency or a single-tactic app. It's an all-in-one
rewards/incentives platform: many reward types, one system, built consumer-first
and tuned to actually make brands money — with a long-term aim of a universal,
synced rewards network.
